Did I just say "resolution"? In February? Yes, yes I did. I'm calling it my 365 Resolution. Although this is something I've been meaning to do for a while. I am resolution-ing to take a picture a day. Until next year this time. So. Why am I doing this? Just because. |

This is my first week entering a photo at "iheartfaces" .com and I'm excited. The "theme" is Texture, so I used a photo I'd taken of Baby Sophie and added some fun, dreamy texture. Love her sweet cheeks! |
Baby Sophia

Baby Sophia was born in the wee morning hours on December 10th. And the very next day Ales and I got to see her and I got to snap some great newborn shots of her sweet pink face. Sadly I didn't have my new lens at that point, so I'm planning on taking more, even better photos. So we'll call these the "First Few Days" with the "First Month" to come ; ) |
